He was speaks to the present time which is the New Testament. "It will happen afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions, and on my servants, both men and women, in those days I will pour out my spirit".  Joel 2: 28,29.

Who will receive the holy spirit?
1. The one who repented and forgiven.

At what time  someone is filled with the  holy spirit?.
1. One filled with the Holy Spirit and  he is doing the intercession.

The person received  power to overcome sin, and boldness to preach the good news of the kingdom of God. "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and ye shall be witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. ... all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the word of God with boldness".  Acts 1: 8, 4:31.

"Even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not recognizable; But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you". John 14:17.

He will glorify me, for he will give what is mine and declare it to you. All that the Father has is mine; therefore I said that he will give what is mine and inform you". John 16: 13-15.

"For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God " Roman 8: 14. Clearly the word  shows  that they are led by the Holy Spirit  and are God's children, who have become children of God by accepting Jesus. "But all who received him gave power to become children of God, even to them that believe on his name". John 1: 12.

7. Testify us to become children of God. "The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God." Roman 8: 16. They lived according to the word of God and Holy Spirit  who  wants to testify  you that you are a child of God. Who have  a word,  God teaches  those who received Jesus were given the right to become the children of God. But this right is not given them without dedicated or devoted to God. They turned to God and stop all evil by repentance and forgiveness, that is why they became children of God.

A MARRIAGE.

God's principles for marriage 1. God instituted marriage when he created two people to  be husband and wife. It is written, ".... God he created him; male and female he created them. For this reason a man shall leave his father and his mother and cleaves to his wife and they shall become one flesh " . Genesis 1:27; 2:24. We can see an example of  Noah and his sons who feared God's   each married one wife.   "That day that Noah entered into the ark, he, Shem, Ham, and Japheth, sons of Noah, and Noah's wife, and the three wives of his sons with him." Genesis 7:13. For Noah and his family  they were the right people, God was not destroyed  them by  flood.  He keep them safe in the ark. 2. One who believe not thou make marriages with or married to an unbeliever because it is written, "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for how unfairly correct; in a broader sense friendship between the insurgency and the right? And there was much compa...

"Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means".  2Thessalonians 3:16. ". ... And peace from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Lord". 1Timothy 1: 2. Continue to be in peace. To  remain in peace you should consider the following: 1. To love and obey the word of God. "Great peace have they who love your law, do not have to stumble". Psalm 119: 165. "My son, forget not my law; but let your heart keep my commandments. They will add more the length of your days, and years of your life and peace". Proverbs 3: 1- 2. 2. To love and  live in harmony with people and holiness. "Repay no one evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men. FAITH

The source of faith. "So then faith cometh by hearing; and hearing by the word of God". Romans 10:17. Faith comes by the word of Christ or the word of God, if anyone hears the word, believe and understand it  he has faith in the word of God. It is very crucial  and key word to believe in the word of God , that is why God has said, "But the person who is right with me shall live by faith; but my soul has no pleasure with the one who turns back in fear". Hebrews 10:38. Believing the word of God. The unbeliever of the  word God is not desirable, he rebelled against God and  will not enter into heaven. The children of Israel died in the wilderness because they did not believe what God told them. "And to whom was outraged forty years? Not those who sinned, whose bodies fell in the wilderness? And to whom did he swear that they would not enter into his rest (heaven), except those who were disobedient? So we see that they could not enter because of their unbelief...
