Here we will learn and understand God's purpose to appoint or chosen ministers to do his work. In this lesson we will learn the main purpose of God to call his servants for the purpose of PREACHING AND TEACHING his word. This is a basic key for the purpose of building the kingdom of God. First of all, it is important to be careful before establishing what you want to preach or teach, so that you do not pervert the church. We must understand that those we teach are the saved children who are born again in Christ. As they are babies, they are still unfamiliar to understand well the scriptures, therefore it is very easy to them to believe everything what they are taught. As the servant of God, you must judge and understand what I've used to preach or teach are they correct? In that case it is important to verify and be careful before you teach or preach anything in order to avoid to mislead the church. If you observe you teach the false or wrong teachings, you should rectify the church and redesigned to save it from the eternal hell and fire. Doing so you will be a faithful servant. Remember it is written that the last day each work and service will be tested and punished before God.
That is why the Apostle Paul in his teachings he warns by saying : "To the best of God's grace that was given to me, as a wise masterbuilder I laid a foundation, and another builds on it. But every man take heed how he builds on it. For other foundation can no man lay than that which is laid, which is Christ Jesus. But if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble, each man's work will become apparent for that day, to be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work, of what sort. The work of the man who built on it endures, he will receive rewards. someone's work is burned up, he will suffer loss; but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. " 1 Corinthians 2: 10-15.
For the servants of God, it is important to consider and understand before teaching or preaching the word of God as follows:
1. Read and learn hard to understand the word of God.

For the servants of God, it is important to consider and understand before teaching or preaching the word of God as follows:
1. Read and learn hard to understand the word of God.
2. Learn and listen to other servant's teachings.
3. Learn and read books of other servants. It is important to analyse the texts and understand its reality of the teaching before establishing it that is God's word. Ignorance of doing these rules it is easy to believe all what was taught and ending the way of lost.
For example you can not interpret the text using one line and manage to get its meaning. To get confirmation, one must compare it with other scriptures in the Bible. We learned it at the time of the apostles, how the people of Berea were diligent examining the scriptures. " Once the brothers were sent away Paul and Silas by night unto Berea ... These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received, the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the Scriptures daily to see these things were so." Acts 17:11 .
If you deceive yourself that you know and you are righteous than others by ignoring to learn from others, to do so is to deceive yourself. It is fundamental to continue to learn the word from others, because each one is given the manifestation of God's word in part, for the edification of each other. Although there are some servants who have been given the gift of understanding scriptures correctly as they teach and preach them, sometimes they are lacking something. So they must have to learn from others. That is why it is written , "For we know in part; and prophesy in part ... when now I know in part; in that time l will know as also I am known. " 1 Corinthians 13: 9,12. " And there are differences of ministries and the same Lord. But each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good (or for mutual complementarity) . " 1 Corinthians 12: 5,7. " But each one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ. " Ephesians 4: 7.
As you saw earlier, I talked about the main purpose of God for his servants who are called to preach and teach the word of God. You have to ask yourself, what i'm called to preach and teach?. To answer this question, along with me, look at the following:
1. Preaching sinners to repent and turn away from their sins. We learn this from our Lord Jesus Christ and his apostles. "From that time Jesus began to preach, and say, Repent, for the kingdom of God is at hand." Matthew 4:17 . "Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out ... " Acts 3:19.
2. Teach the word of God to those who are born again christian by believing Jesus Christ as their Savior. " came to them and spoke to them, and said, I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations ... and teach them to obey everything I ordered you ... " Matthew 28: 18-20.
From the main purpose that you have learned, it is much better to have value when preaching or teaching the following:
1 . Healing and miracles . Here I will give an example of a servant of God when he want to organize a gospel meeting and he proclaim to the people, the meeting will take place somewhere. It is not correct to welcome people by saying come, you will receive your miracles, needy and all sick people will be prayed and healed. But the important thing to consider here is to preach and teach the Word. God will manifest with signs and wonders for confirming the word (teaching) . We can learn a written examples from disciples of Jesus: "They went out (the apostles), and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. " Mark 16:20.
It is important to note that, we are just a human being and servants of God. We haven't the ability to heal, but we are given the power to heal by God himself. Here it means that the ability to heal is not our property as we will, but from Lord himself who used his servants as He pleases himself. In that case we servants, who are called to do the work of the Lord are like a tool, and Lord uses us according to His will.

It is a discouraging to those who believe in the healing when they attend the meetings of the Gospels, hoping to be healed, but only a few are cured. This is different from the church. When the word of healing is taught, it is for everyone who believe it and the Lord's word will heal them. In that case we learned that God do wonders and heals people for his purpose. That is why the scripture says, "The Lord has made everything for its purpose ..." In the other case we can see that during the ministry of Apostle Paul, not all were healed. That is why he said "... He left Trophimus at Miletus, he can not." 2 Timothy 4: 20b
We must beware not to judge those who have not been healed and assume it is because they do not believe or are sinners. There are cases when Jesus Christ went to the pool called Bethesda where there was a large community of patients were asleep, blind, lame, and paralyzed. Although he found most patients in the pool, He healed only one. Read in John 5: 1-9. In other area where He went he healed them all. "And great multitudes bringing the lame, blind, dumb, crippled, and many others, and laid them at his feet; He healed them. " Matthew 15:30. Also you can learn this when John the Baptist was in prison he was raised the dead. But when John was killed he was not raised by Jesus.
There is the story of a minister and his wife, their child was sick and prayed for him, although his condition worsened, they continued to believe in faith and trust God that the child will be healed, but he died. Also there is another instance of the evangelist whom he has the gift to healing the sick. One day he found a man who was sick. When he pray, he thought that Lord will heal him as God used to heal others, but he continues to prayed to a man. The man was not healed. Following this, ln this case, if the patient had not rushed to the hospital would die. When we pray to the patient, at the same time he not recover, he should be rushed to the hospital.
2 . Wealth or success. This is another thing which is taught contrary to the word of God. It is important to be careful to look at the word and use it to measure everything what we do according to it. The word of God is the leader, it leads us to do everything in life on Earth. Also the word of God teaches us and set us free to those what we do not know. That is why it is written, "And shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. " John 8:32. In his word, God says the poor will be continued to exist here on earth. "For the poor shall never cease out of the land ..." Deuteronomy 15:11.
It is therefore not correct to preach to people that, God will make them rich if they offered God a tithe, offering or giving donations for sending the gospel. Giving to God tithes and offerings are kept as part of worship to bring back the glory for what He has given you or he succeeded you. By obeying and do it you will already be blessed. Blessing a person not by the quantity of money and property available to her alone, but to live according to the word of God.
In the scriptures we learn how Jesus came to earth as servant, leaving his power, authority of heaven, wealth and divinity he had. For that reason he was not rich. And the mother of Jesus was an ordinary woman, not rich. But she was blessed. "Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord ..." Psalm 118: 26. "And the day and the morrow many who come to the festival heard Jesus was coming to Jerusalem ... and went out to meet him, and cried, Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord, the King of Israel. " John 12: 12-13. Other scripture we can see that: “And Mary arose in those days, went ... house of Zechariah and greeted Elizabeth. When Elizabeth heard the greeting ... was filled with the Holy Spirit; cried vigorously and said, Blessed you among women, and the fruit of thy womb is blessed”. Luke 1: 39-42.
Gospel of successful confuses people because they expect they will have all those who believed and prayed. It's better to ask ourselves, is possible for all people to become rich? The answer is no, because God gives everyone dosage or amount of Blessings (success) "... Offering the option of your hand, you will come up with as you are blessed by the Lord your God. Everyone give according to his means, according to the blessing of the Lord your God has given you. " Deuteronomy 16: 10.17.
