This is the fruit of the Spirit, which in the scriptures is established that  He is God of peace and true peace comes from Him. "Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means".  2Thessalonians 3:16. ". ... And peace from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Lord". 1Timothy 1: 2. Continue to be in peace. To  remain in peace you should consider the following: 1. To love and obey the word of God. "Great peace have they who love your law, do not have to stumble". Psalm 119: 165. Word enkrateia comes from the word krat which means the authority or  administration. The amount is optimal of the fruit of  Spirit. This  is  important characteristic for every  Christian  who  is born again to have. God created man and gave him the ability to govern himself that's why He gave us the fruit of amount.     Some of the most important things that we should fulfill in order to  have the fruit of amount: 1. Food .   Eating too much that's extortion. "Envy, drunkenness, carousing, and things like these ... .those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God." Galatians 5:21. Elsewhere we read that we must not eat too much of it. "Did you see honey? Eat a sufficient extent; you shall not eat until you will be sick". Proverbs 25:16. 2. Visiting others. ...
