This is the Continuation of the preceding of the first prayer. Welcome and continue learning.
5. Pray hard and not faint.
Prayers of this kind is a petition, you ask God again and again until He gives you what you need. If you read the good news of God's servants which they have applied for and receive, they make petition and receive what they need. And not only that, our Lord Jesus Christ made petition and teach us to pray hard how to receive. "While Christ lived on earth he prayed to God, asking for help from the one who could save him from death. He prayed to God with loud cries and tears. And his prayers were answered because of his great respect for God". Hebrews 5: 7.
"He said example, ought always to pray, and not give up, he said, there was a judge in a certain city, not fear God nor regard man. And in the city there was a widow, who kept coming to him, saying, Get me right from my opponent. And for a while he refused; Then he said to himself, Though I fear not God and respect people, yet because this widow keeps bothering me, I will vindicate her, lest he wearied me with me always. The Lord said, Hear what the unrighteous judge. And God did! Give justice for His elect who cry to him day and night, and he is patient with them? I tell you he will give them justice quickly ...". Luke 18: 1-8.
"... And Elijah went up to Mount Carmel, and bowed himself on his face and bowed his face between his knees. And he said to his servant, up now, look toward the sea. And he went up and looked, and said, There is nothing. And he said, go back seven times. When the seventh time he said, Behold, the cloud comes from the sea, as small as a man's hand. and he said, Go, tell Ahab, to get the chariot ready and go home now rain may prevent him. . it happened in time, the sky was black with clouds and wind, then rained... " 1Kings 18: 42- 45. These scriptures show how Elijah asked God six times but it did not rain, but he did not despair, he prayed again for the seventh time and the rain poured down. Indeed God answers prayer by praying hard.

Delight yourself in the Lord, and he shall give you the desires of your heart". Psalm 37: 3-4. Sometimes even before you pray you are given according to the desire of your heart, but you must fulfill the mandate of trust (trusting) and acting good.

It does not mean not when ask, we should ask for and this is our duty that he answers our prayer and he glorify His name in Jesus Christ. "If you ask anything in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son". John 14:13. God does more than what we ask or pondering.
