He is acceptable because it pleases God and man in doing what is right. That is why it is written, "My child, do not forget my law, but let your heart keep my commandments. So shalt thou find favor and good understanding in the sight of God and before men". Proverbs 3:1,4. "And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men". Luke 2:52.
We can learn to trust God through God's servant Job who had avoided sin and do not sin. He believed in God and ascribe to be righteous. That is why God asked question devil and testified that Job is an honest man "when the Lord asked Satan, Have you looked at my servant Job, that there was no one like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright, fearing God and avoiding evil?". Job 1: 8. A honest person must permanently intend to hate the sin and love to do what is right. Also must to guard and avoid not to sin. Job was a faithful man because God blessed to property, although not only, children and many workers. He protected Job and all he had in his house. He also protected everything he had. Psalm 135: 1. "... In all this Job did not sin, nor charge God foolishly ... he did not sin with his lips". Job 1: 13-22; Job 2: 9-10.
After he was tempted, God had healed him and increased him compared to what he had earlier. "... the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had in the beginning ...". Job 42: 10,12.
Likewise Jesus and Moses were faithful to God in all things. "... Jesus was faithful to him who appointed him, as Moses was faithful in all God's house. And Moses indeed was faithful in all God's house as a servant for a testimony of what will be said later". Hebrews 3: 1-2, 5.
